Chair Yoga offers gentle movement using a chair for support, making it ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a lower-impact practice. This is a great way to start your journey into flow yoga. 


Full Body Yoga is a balanced class that combines yoga and strength-based movement to enhance mobility, balance, and overall strength. 


In person classes focus on Gentle Strength & Mobility including posture, joint health, and functional strength. These classes are tailored to the needs of those in attendance, multiple variations and modifications are offered throughout. We finish with deep relaxation and parasympathetic nervous system activation.


Face Yoga consists of short sessions designed to activate facial muscles, encourage circulation, and release tension, making it a perfect addition to any routine

Our Story

Whether joining an in-person class in Brighton or Smithfield, or practicing online from home, Love.Flow.Yoga is all about creating a sustainable movement practice that helps people feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies through flow yoga techniques.


Love.Flow.Yoga was created to make movement and wellness practices more accessible for everyday people. Many individuals are curious about yoga but feel unsure where to begin, especially if they are dealing with stiffness, injury, stress, or simply feel out of shape. Love.Flow.Yoga provides a welcoming space where students can start exactly where they are and build strength, mobility, and confidence over time.


Our classes emphasize gentle, functional movement that supports the body in real life. By blending yoga, Pilates-inspired strengthening, breathwork, and mindful movement practices, students develop better posture, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. 


Small class sizes allow for a supportive and personalized experience where students can progress at their own pace.

Founded by Vanessa Lyn Kelly in 2020, Love.Flow.Yoga began with a simple intention: to create a welcoming environment where individuals could reconnect with their bodies and build a sustainable movement practice. Rather than focusing on intense workouts or complicated poses, her approach centers on gentle, functional movement that helps students build strength and mobility.


Many people come to yoga feeling uncertain about their place—whether they are beginners, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking a healthier way to move their bodies.


 Love.Flow.Yoga was designed to be a space where everyone feels comfortable starting exactly where they are.


Classes blend various elements including yoga, Pilates-inspired strength work, mobility training, breathwork, and mindful movement practices that support the whole body. The focus is not on perfection, but on consistency, awareness, and caring for the body from within.


Over time, Love.Flow.Yoga has evolved into a supportive community of students who come together each week to move, encourage one another, and celebrate progress in their individual journeys.

Our Services

Love.Flow.Yoga offers accessible fireflow yoga and gentle movement classes designed to help people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable in their bodies. Our classes combine flow yoga, Pilates-inspired strengthening, breathwork, and mindful movement practices in a supportive and welcoming environment. All classes are beginner friendly and designed to meet students where they are.


In-Person Classes

We offer small group flo yoga and movement classes in Brighton and Smithfield, Ontario. These classes focus on improving strength, balance, posture, and mobility while creating a supportive community environment.


Online Classes

Our live online classes allow students to practice from home while staying connected to our love yoga grace community. Online students also receive access to class replays so they can practice at their own pace.


Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle and supportive class that uses a chair for stability while improving flexibility, posture, and strength. This class is ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a lower-impact movement practice.

These classes combine yoga and Pilates-inspired strengthening exercises with mobility work designed to support joint health and everyday movement.


Face Yoga

Face Yoga sessions help activate facial muscles, improve circulation, and release tension in the face and jaw while promoting relaxation.

Our Philosophy

At Love.Flow.Yoga, we believe that wellness is not something that should be forced or perfected. It flourishes through small, consistent practices, such as fireflow yoga, that help us reconnect with our bodies and ourselves. 


Our approach is based on the understanding that every body is unique, and each person’s journey to wellbeing will look different. Instead of pushing for extreme poses or intense workouts, we focus on gentle, supportive flow yoga that builds strength, mobility, and awareness over time. 


Inspired by the principles of love yoga grace and the awareness that true wellness encompasses both body and mind, our classes encourage students to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with care. 


Through consistent practice, including flo yoga, students start to notice subtle yet meaningful changes — improved posture, better balance, reduced tension, and a deeper connection to their bodies. 


Love.Flow.Yoga is founded on the belief that when we approach movement with patience, curiosity, and compassion, healing and strength can develop naturally.

It’s about learning to move, breathe, and live with greater awareness and ease.
