This dynamic class blends energizing Pilates-inspired movements to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and tone the body. After the invigorating flow, you'll transition into deep, lengthening stretches to enhance flexibility and release tension. The practice concludes with a soothing relaxation phase designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting calmness, restoration, and overall well-being.
Yogalates blends the mindful flow of yoga with the core-strengthening power of Pilates, offering a full-body, low-impact workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. This dynamic practice combines deep stretches, breath-centered movements, and stability exercises to improve posture and functional fitness while fostering a sense of inner calm. Suitable for all levels, Yogalates leaves you feeling stronger, more aligned, and deeply refreshed.
Ease into a gentle yet invigorating flow that embraces all levels of practice. We’ll move fluidly through each pose, awakening every part of your body with mindful transitions that invite a sense of balance and grace. This class focuses on core strength and soothing stretches, building stability while releasing tension. With each breath, you'll feel a sense of grounding and renewal, as we flow together in harmony, this is your time to connect, strengthen, and stretch into your fullest self.
This is a fully supported classes that goes through a varity of chair variations for the warm up. This class is perfect for practitioners that feel they need more support but want benefit from the poses and breathing practices of yoga.
We move through a similar but modified vinyasa warm up followed by supported gentle stretching and breath work. We finish with gentle meditation and breath work.

A gentle, accessible class designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance from the comfort of a chair! Perfect for those with limited mobility.
Classes are 1h, Chair yoga is 45min, online classes are 30 min
Attend one primary class at the same day/time each week. Make up classes as necessary when you miss your primary class.
Add online classes for even more options ($15/month)
Attend unlimited classes per week, attend any classes that works for your schedule each week. This is ideal for those trying to increase consistency in their practice.
Includes online classes (8 additional class options monthly)
This option provides the most flexibility, attend whenever works for you. 3 times one week and not again for 3 weeks, no problem.
